General Terms of Use and Sale

1. Provider

NameCheck (nomverif.com) is provided by G2O PARTICIPATION, whose details appear in the legal notice. Contact: [email protected].

2. Service

NameCheck searches for existing Trademarks, companies, domain names and social media accounts for a Name. The results come from public registers and may be incomplete; they do not constitute legal advice.

3. Plans and prices

• Credit (one-off payment): advanced analysis of a Name, two follow-up questions and a PDF report, for 24 hours. Credits do not expire.
• NameCheck Pro (monthly subscription): unlimited searches and analyses, subject to normal use.

Prices are shown in euros including VAT at the time of order. Payment is made by card via Stripe.

4. Subscription

The subscription renews every month until cancelled, which is possible at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, with no refund for that month.

5. Right of withdrawal

By ticking the box provided when ordering, the customer requests immediate performance of the service and waives their right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

6. Liability

The results are a decision-making aid. Except in the case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, the provider's liability is limited to the amounts paid during the last twelve months, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by law.

7. Disputes

If a written complaint sent to [email protected] remains unresolved, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the CM2C mediator, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris (www.cm2c.net). French law applies.
